• ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานลดลงจากเสียงเกินค่ามาตรฐาน
• ถูกร้องเรียนจากชุมชนหรือผู้ได้รับผลกระทบทางเสียงที่อยู่นอกโรงงาน
• โรงงานหรือสถานประกอบกิจการอาจถูกสั่งปิดปรับปรุง จนกว่าจะแก้ไขแล้วเสร็จ
